Operation Overboard VBS is an invitation and a challenge to dive into the deep waters of God's word and discover what it means to have deep faith.
Operation Overboard has a Lot to Offer Come join the fun at Vassar First UMC from July 29-July31 as we dive into God's word and world. We begin with registration, and song at 5:30 each evening. Supper will be served at 6pm After supper, we'll break up into groups and rotate through story time at the Deep Sea Voyage Center, Science Discovery Time at Exploration Station, Craft Time at Aquatic Arts, and Recreation Time at the High Tide Hangout. We'll also have a competition during VBS to help others around the world have access to clean drinking water. Remember to bring your change every night. The winning group will be rewarded a special activity at the pastor's expense. Finally, there is great music closing each night at the Choral Reef. Get ready to sing, dance, all under the sea.
