Become a Volunteer

You are important! Just by looking at this note means that you already have my thanks. This year we will need grade leaders (High school and older) to shepherd the younger ones around and they will need junior leaders (5th grade - 8th grade) to help. Each station may need a few junior helpers, but it's not been decided yet, so please sign-up anyway! I will do my best to plug you in to where you will shine!

All of the VBS Staff members are vital to making a great experience for each child that comes into our building. You get to show them the love of Jesus and there is nothing more important. You get to set the example and you do a great job of it!

T-Shirts: Every year, a blue VBS Staff Shirt is provided for each staff member. You are encouraged to wear this t-shirt throughout the week.

Friday, July 31st we will have a post-VBS Party for VBS Staff at the Ford Pond. A flyer will be given out closer to the week of VBS with complete details

**Please note: VBS Phone policy: Phones will not be allowed for volunteers under the age of 21. If you do bring your phone, it will need to be placed in the caddy which will be kept in Katrina Johns' office. They may be picked up after 11:30am each day. non-negotiable

Medical Release: I give my permission for the VBS staff to administer basic first aid to me in the event of an injury. I understand that the VBS staff will contact emergency services in the event of a significant injury and all expenses for such emergency services will be paid by me.
