Staff/Volunteer Registration Page

This is the registration page for VBS staff/volunteers which include youth entering 6th grade (as of Fall 2026) through adults. There is a separate online registration for child participants.

By registering as a volunteer, I acknowledge that the focus of VBS is sharing God’s Good News with the children entrusted to us. I will let my words and actions show the children the love of the Lord in my service at VBS.

To register more than one participant, click Complete Registration, and another box will appear asking to register other participants!

To ensure t-shirt order and to help us prepare materials and meals, we kindly request that registration is completed by July 1. Staff are welcome to register after this date, but a VBS themed t-shirt may not be provided.

Important Dates:

Kick-Off Family Pool Party at the Blue Bell Aquatic Center in Brenham Friday, July 24 from 7-9pm.
VBS at St. John’s in Burton will be evenings Sunday July 26, Monday July 27, and Tuesday July 28.
Closing Program Sunday, August 2 Hamburger Meal for the Family following 10am Church Service

Medical Release: I give my permission for the VBS staff to administer basic first aid to me in the event of an injury. I understand that the VBS staff will contact emergency services in the event of a significant injury and all expenses for such emergency services will be paid by me.

Photo Release: I hereby grant the above named church my permission to copyright and use photographs/videos taken at VBS of me in any manner or form for any purpose lawful at any time. I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or written copy, that may be used in conjunction therewith, or the use to which it may be applied.
