In an effort to ensure the safety of our students, volunteers 18 and over who will be working directly with children will be required to submit to a background check. Forms will be sent to your email and imay be submitted to either Jennifer Buchanan or directly to Marty Hoffman.

Medical Release: I give my permission for the VBS staff to administer basic first aid to me in the event of an injury. I understand that the VBS staff will contact emergency services in the event of a significant injury and all expenses for such emergency services will be paid by me.
