Here is some general information that can help you decide where to volunteer!

VBS Volunteers Needed!
We are so excited to be preparing for this year’s Vacation Bible School, and we need you to help make it an amazing experience for our children!

Each of our VBS Sites—Bible Storytelling, Crafts, Snacks, Games, Hydration Station, Bible Challenge, Music, and Opening & Closing—has a designated and experienced Site Leader and helpers. These leaders will guide and support you throughout the week. Every site requires multiple volunteers to help run smoothly. If you have a passion or interest in any of these areas, we encourage you to register to serve there!

We also have three age groups of children attending: Pre-k to kindergarten, Grades 1-2, and Grades 3-5. Each group is led by an Adult Group Leader and youth leaders. These leaders help guide their groups from site to site. We’re looking for additional volunteers to support these groups throughout the day. If you prefer working closely with kids and building relationships as they move from activity to activity, this might be the perfect role for you!

Our Decorating Committee is already planning and preparing, but they need extra hands to bring the vision to life. If you’re creative—or just enthusiastic—there’s a spot for you on this team too!

And finally, we are looking for help with Audio/Visual and Tech Support during our Opening & Closing sessions as well as the final program. If you’re comfortable with sound, Powerpoint slides, or general tech setup, your help would be greatly appreciated!

Each of these roles is essential, and none of them are done alone. You’ll be part of a team, supported by experienced leaders, and most importantly—making a lasting impact in the lives of children.
