By registration I give permission for my child to participate in Vacation Bible School activities. I release Abiding Word Lutheran Church and their staff and volunteers from liability in case of accident during activities related to Vacation Bible School. Abiding Word agrees to take normal safety precautions.

I further authorize VBS staff or volunteers to consent to emergency medical treatment for my child. I understand that I, as parent or guardian, am responsible for any costs incurred. This waiver applies in the event that parent or guardian is not available in the case of an emergency.  

I further understand there is $5/child fee upon check in for the week.
