Release of Liability

I, the parent/guardian, release Ridgecrest Baptist Church and Rolling Hills Church (including directors, trustees, employees, volunteers, agents and representatives) from all liability claims or demands for personal injury, sickness, death, as well as property damage and expenses of any nature whatsoever which may come about as a result of my child attending Rollings Hills Church, Vacation Bible School. This release shall be binding upon me, my spouse, my heirs, and legal representatives, and shall apply to any time I place my child(ren) in the Rolling Hills Church Facilities during August 8-11, 2022.

When entering a Ridgecrest and Rolling Hills event, including Vacation Bible School, you are entering an area where photography, videography, or audio recording may occur. These images, photos, or videos may be published on our websites or social media pages for promotional purposes, or in other advertising publications. If you have a concern about this issue, you must contact a staff member directly.
