Parents please make sure you fill out the portion that is labeled Birthdate, Health Card information and Email Address.  

If you have more than one child attending this camp, you will have to fill out a New Registration Form. You will be prompted to do this at the end of this registration form. 

When dropping off your child for the First Day, please stop at the registration desk. There will be other forms you must complete before leaving your child or children.  If they are not completed your child (children) will not be able to stay.  This will only take 10 minutes of your time.
