SPECIAL COVID-19 STATEMENT - PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

We are working to make the Vacation Bible School (VBS) environment safe for all participants but WE CANNOT GUARANTEE prevention of virus transmission. Children are encouraged to use hand sanitizer and wear masks indoors. A concent form will be emailed to parents each day of the VBS and we ask that if a child or any household member is symptomatic to COVID 19 ,that all the Children in the household will be kept home.  Your typed signature below is your acknowledgement that you will not hold New Jerusalem Bible Church and its volunteers responsible if your child(ren) contract COVID-19
