By submitting this form all students and parents are in agreement to our Code of Conduct:

1.  We respect ourselves, each other and the space around us.

2.  We listen to each other and take turns.

3.  We are kind and encouraging; name calling, bullying harmful and inappropriate touch is not tolerated.

4.  We work and play safely to help keep ourselves and others from being hurt

5.  We are cooperative by solving our problems with our words and with help from each other and our leaders.

Should the child not comply with the Code of Conduct through misbehaviour or disrespect, the child will be removed from the group and the parent notified.  Should the behavour continue the next day the child will no longer be permitted to attend for an appropriate length of time.
